Return Policy

At glyxxefkhit, we take pride in the quality of our aromatic candles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Please note: Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, lit, or show signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Candles that have been lit or used
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Sale items or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.

We will replace defective or damaged items at no cost to you, or provide a full refund including shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@glyxxefkhit.world with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  4. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note: Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items that meet our return eligibility requirements. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above.
  2. Indicate in your return request email that you would like an exchange and specify the item you would like instead.
  3. If the exchanged item is of greater value, we will contact you regarding the additional payment required.
  4. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
